Pastor Jason is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and has served Prosper UMC since 2013. His experience in ministry has spanned 12 years with 10 of those as a pastor and includes leading both large and small churches, as well as starting up new church communities and fostering their developments. Prior to ministry, Pastor Jason had a career in business consulting but finally answered the call on his life to full-time ministry and stepped away in 2004.

Melissa Hatch is the worship pastor for The Mission contemporary worship service at Prosper UMC. Melissa is a lifelong Methodist who has a passion for creating new avenues and places for worship and connection so that all people can find a place to belong, grow and be in relationship with God. She loves getting her hands dirty in mission work and looks forward to finding many places to serve in our local community.

Mia Gutierrez-Woods became the director of PUMP in August of 2012. She manages the daily operations of the preschool and is committed to seeing PUMP grow with Prosper UMC.
