As the world changes and challenges us daily, it’s crucial to deepen the roots in the soil of unchanging truth. The Enneagram helps us find courage to live the genuineness of who we are. This kind of integrity helps us heal our relationships. The relationship we have with ourselves, and the relationships we have with others.
As a mediator, Lisa Hancock founded Restorative Communications in 2007 to create brave spaces for people to listen to each other and have conversations about what matters most. We are addicted to our own perspectives, and anytime we take the opportunity to listen to each other we change the world just a little bit.
Lisa is a conflict resolution specialist and sought-after guest speaker whose work promotes dispute resolution, problem solving, and team building. In 2007 she earned a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from SMU. Today, as Director of Restorative Communications, Lisa performs mediations, teaches workshops, and writes Enneagram curriculum for a variety of clients. She serves as an adjunct professor at SMU and Dallas College and facilitates workshops at ACU’s Duncum Center for Dispute Resolution and Perkins School of Theology.
Join us as we use the Enneagram to explore the particular dynamics, relationship challenges, and communication styles associated with each Enneagram number in both professional and intimate relationships. We will discover why some numbers relate more easily to each other, how we get into trouble with other numbers, and what steps we can take to strengthen bonds. Knowing your Enneagram number is strongly suggested.
