Building on Faith

The Next 100 | Building for Future Generations
The Next 100 | Building for Future Generations

In June 2019, we purchased a 39-acre parcel of land at the corner of Preston Road and North Coleman Street. Now we need your help to continue building on our faith with an exciting new campus that features:

A larger sanctuary;
Modern warming kitchen facilities;
Recreational grounds;
Larger community rooms;
Dedicated spaces for student ministry;
Safe, spacious children and preschool wing;
Music rehearsal room and suite;
Dedicated adult classrooms; and
And more amenities than we can now provide.

As Christians, we are instructed to reach out to help our neighbors, whether their needs are spiritual or material. Our new larger campus will allow us to better meet these needs with worship services, fellowship, community outreach and missional activities.

Won’t you join us on this important journey? Every financial gift brings us a step closer to our $1 million goal to lay a solid foundation for the next 100 years.

Grace and peace,

Pastor Jason McConnell and Your Building Committee: Marsha Aston, Mike Lish, Bruce Mueller, Lauren Shepherd, Mary Lou Smith, Chuck Stuber (Chair), Scott Surplus, and Steve Wages.

Moved by Our Mission

We, as a church are called to put God's grace into action and shine as a beacon of love, help, healing, hope, and joy.
As Prosper UMC moves into our second century, we must be mindful of the church's place in the community and the anchor it provides to those in spiritual need. Our mission is steadfast, yet our new facilities will give us the ability to shift our programs and processes to change with the times.
