For Statements:
Log into your account at www.myprocare.com then follow these steps: 1. Reports 2. Customer Statement 3. Select your date range (make sure it is year beginning to year end, ie 1/1 to 12/31) 4. Run Report This will open a window that you can "Print" to a PDF for tax purposes.
