Care

Welcome to Care Ministry

Prosper UMC provides many opportunities for you to grow in God’s grace. Through service to others, we show God’s love and strengthen our community. In turn, we are committed to providing care and support for our congregation and community. If you or someone you know is in need, we are here to walk alongside you.

  • First Sunday Communion
For those unable to attend worship in person, we offer the sacrament of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month through home and hospital visits. This sacred practice allows all to remain connected to the body of Christ.
  • Hospital Visitation
Our pastors and care team provide hospital visits to offer prayer, comfort, and companionship to those undergoing medical treatments, recovering from surgery, or facing health challenges.
