Prosper UMC is excited to announce a special gift for you this season of Advent!

In the middle of the hectic rush that often becomes our Christmas season, we can find ourselves drifting away from the sacred meaning at the heart of the holiday. Unwrapping Advent is a 31-day Advent devotional that reminds us of God’s greatest gift –His Son, Immanuel, God with us.

Through holy scriptures and the voices of its writers, Unwrapping Advent welcomes the different, eternal kind of hope, peace, joy, and love that comes with Jesus Christ as the cornerstone of our faith and lives. The collection of stories, along with suggested reflection questions and prayer will encourage and enlighten your way to a more meaningful season.
