A Woman’s Day aims to create a space for women to connect, reflect, and deepen their spiritual journey. We hope you will make time to enjoy the moments of quietude, self-discovery, and fellowship while deepening your relationship with God and the women of Prosper UMC.

‘Centering Prayer is a receptive method of Christian silent prayer which deepens our relationship with God…  a prayer in which we can experience God’s presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself.’

This introductory workshop outlines the method of Centering Prayer and its conceptual background and offers two opportunities to experience the prayer.
